Are your hats authentic and brand new?
Yes all of our hats are 100% authentic we only deal with reputable suppliers. All of our hats are brand new with either tags, stickers, or both. Older vintage deadstock hats have a different feel and look than newer snapbacks.
Are all of your hats vintage?
When we say our hats our vintage that means they are vintage/retro styles. Some of our hats are vintage deadstock which means that these hats are from the 80s and 90s and are not reproductions. Look at the product description to find out if a particular item is retro/vintage or vintage deadstock.
Do these snapbacks have a flat brim or curved?
All of our snapbacks have a flat brim.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4.99 per item and $0.99 for each additional item. All items shipped within the United States will have delivery confirmation.
How long will it take for you to ship my item?
We ship the same day we receive the order and payment has been cleared. We pride ourselves on our reputation because that is how we will grow. If you live within the U.S. you should receive your item 2-3 days after your payment has been received?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally for $11.99. There is no tracking or insurance for international order unless they are shipped registered. For registered international shipping rates please contact us.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on items that have been shipped incorrectly or are defective. We must receive the item back in the same condition it was shipped in for a refund. All other sales are final.
